From Design

to Practice

EdPrep Partners was founded to work alongside educator preparation programs, states, districts, and partner organizations to put what we know about strong preparation into practice.

Our founding year was one of building while doing: defining quality, examining preparation in practice, supporting focused improvement and implementation, and putting in place the tools, systems, partnerships, and national team to help partners turn evidence and priorities into stronger practice.

I have never been more proud of something we have built in service of teacher preparation. And I mean we.

EdPrep Partners’ first year was shaped by the programs, state leaders, district partners, board members, team members, supporters, and colleagues across the field who believed this work was possible and helped us make it happen.

EdPrep Partners was not created because the field needed another organization with an opinion about teacher preparation. EdPrep Partners was founded to act alongside programs, states, districts, and partner organizations to put what we know works into practice.

Let's make teacher preparation better together.
