Dr. Stephanie Lund

Director of Technical Assistance

Stephanie Lund is the Director of Technical Assistance at EdPrep Partners, where she leads the design and delivery of technical assistance approaches to dramatically improve the quality and impact of educator preparation programs nationwide. She oversees structured support systems that help programs translate diagnostic findings into sustainable improvements. 

Stephanie brings deep expertise in coaching, modeling, and capacity-building to support implementation across a diverse range of contexts and program types. She also leads the development of tools and protocols that promote consistency in technical assistance delivery and builds internal team capacity through training, planning, and continuous improvement cycles—all aimed at accelerating high-quality candidate development and measurable program impact.

Prior to joining EdPrep Partners, Stephanie supported educator preparation programs and state agencies through roles with other national technical assistance centers focused on coaching and program improvement. Her background includes experiences in the K–12 space as an instructional coach, teacher educator, and a nationally recognized elementary classroom teacher. 



She holds an Ed.D. in Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University and brings a deep commitment to ensuring all teacher candidates are prepared through high-quality, practice-based preparation aligned to the needs of P–12 students.
