Sarah Hobson is a systems strategist and former principal with deep expertise in educator preparation, talent development, and district-wide leadership pipelines. She has led large-scale change efforts across Texas and nationally, partnering with districts to design sustainable teacher leadership roles, strengthen onboarding systems, and better align preparation to instructional priorities. In her roles at The Holdsworth Center, TNTP, and iCivics, Sarah has built a strong track record of designing and implementing scalable, sustainable structures that improve educator effectiveness and drive student outcomes. Her work bridges on-the-ground experience with systems-level strategy, helping programs and districts create conditions where teachers—and their students—can thrive.
