Dr. Hannah Reeder

Director of Operations & Administration

Dr. Hannah Reeder is the Director of Operations and Administration for EdPrep Partners, where she leads the organization’s operational strategy, internal systems, and administrative functions to ensure the work of the organization is scalable, sustainable, and responsive to partner needs. In this role, she oversees operational infrastructure to effectively support educator preparation programs and PK–12 partners nationwide.

A former assistant dean of a leading educator preparation program in North Carolina, Dr. Reeder brings expertise in organizational operations, strategic staffing, and educator workforce development. She has extensive experience working with schools, districts, universities, and education organizations to design and support systems that strengthen the educator pipeline, improve working conditions for educators, and align human capital strategies with instructional priorities.

Dr. Reeder began her career as a classroom teacher and school administrator and later served in higher education leadership, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both PK–12 systems and educator preparation. Grounded in a commitment to partnership, continuous improvement, and innovation, she focuses on building strong internal operations that allow EdPrep Partners to deliver high-quality, impactful support to the field.
