Carrie Haberkost is an experienced education consultant, curriculum designer, and literacy specialist with over 20 years in K–12 education. She has spent more than a decade coaching teachers and leaders to strengthen instructional quality and student outcomes. Carrie excels in facilitating professional learning communities, developing standards-aligned curricula, and designing impactful professional development experiences. A former director of academics and instructional leader, she brings deep expertise in data-driven instruction, coaching models, and curriculum design. Whether she’s working with teachers or students, she believes growth happens through authentic practice, reflection, and feedback. Her work with organizations such as Education Resource Group and Gradient Learning reflects her commitment to evidence-based literacy practices and teacher development. Carrie holds a Master’s in Teaching from Columbia University.
