John Luke Bell is focused on designing high-quality instructional materials, high-impact professional learning, and effective coaching for teachers and leaders. Dr. Bell has served as an English teacher, instructional coach, curriculum coordinator, content designer, design leader, and director of curriculum. He is invested in supporting change at scale by evaluating HQIM and HQPL products, supporting teacher preparation programs, reviewing assessment and evaluation systems, and consulting directly with organizational leaders and policymakers. He holds active PreK-12 licenses in English, Teaching English as a Second Language, and Administration. Luke is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee and Vanderbilt University.
