Britt Braun

Program Impact Manager

Britt Braun is the Program Impact Manager at EdPrep Partners, where she advances the design and implementation of high-impact program reviews and technical assistance to strengthen educator preparation programs nationwide. She works closely with partners to translate diagnostic findings into prioritized, actionable strategies that lead to sustainable, measurable improvements in candidate preparation and readiness.


Britt began her career as an educator in Washington, D.C, and has since worked across the education landscape, spanning classroom, district, state, and national technical assistance roles. She has led complex statewide initiatives advancing inclusive practices through strategic action planning and designed and launched a district model classroom approach to support professional development and high-quality instructional practices in historically underserved schools. Across all roles, Britt has facilitated coaching, professional learning, and systems-level change, with a focus on equity, instructional quality, and sustainable improvement. Britt holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Indiana University and is recognized for bridging strategy and implementation, supporting partners through complex change while maintaining a focus on practical, measurable impact. She brings a collaborative, data-informed approach to technical assistance and is deeply committed to strengthening educator preparation systems that are equitable, effective, and built to last.
