At EdPrep Partners, we believe every child deserves a well-prepared, effective teacher—and that starts with high-quality educator preparation. The challenges in teacher preparation are well-documented, but solutions have been too slow. We focus on action, not just analysis—partnering with educator preparation programs, state agencies, and districts to improve program quality, expand pathways, and embed data-driven decision-making.
Teacher candidates are committed to their future students, but many enter the classroom without the preparation and support needed to succeed. At the same time, educator preparation programs are navigating growing pressures—meeting workforce demands, strengthening coursework and clinical experiences, and maintaining quality amid shifting policies and declining enrollment. The need for bold, sustainable solutions has never been greater. We’re on a mission to find partners ready to solve the most ambitious of them, ensuring every teacher enters the classroom ready on day one—equipped not just with knowledge, but with the skills necessary to make an immediate impact. We must strengthen preparation while expanding access—faster.
